About the Foundation
This Charter outlines the purpose, guiding principles, and operating framework of the Meeting Me Foundation — established as a registered not for profit (NPC) in South Africa.
Preamble
The Foundation serves as a long-term catalyst for supporting rehabilitation, reintegration, and emotional and spiritual wellbeing of individuals and organisations across the country and beyond.
It operates independently, guided by an Advisory Committee of founding members and experienced individuals committed to the mission — designed to preserve and grow stable, sustainable impact.
Guiding intention
Born from lived experience — through anxiety, depression, and the dark night of the soul — the Foundation exists because meaningful support is often unavailable to those without access to resources.
Our work strengthens both individuals and the systems that serve them.
Mission & Strategic Purpose
The Meeting Me Foundation exists to serve those experiencing emotional crisis, psychological challenge, or spiritual transformation — and to strengthen the organisations and practitioners supporting them.
Our mission
To create and support scalable models of care, training, and capacity-building for individuals and organisations working on the frontlines of human healing.
Support the supporters. Train the trainers. Strengthen the systems that serve.
